Group Exercise Rules For Members

In order to take a class, you must reserve your spot using our Club Life app prior to class.  Go to the tab labeled Schedules.  Reservations start 48 hours before class start time.  When you arrive at the club, you will check in at a kiosk and obtain a ticket for the class, which you will give to the instructor at the start of class.  This is your ticket for class and helps the instructor know that you are registered and have a spot in class.  You MUST have a ticket to come to class.

  • It is highly recommended that you arrive to the club 15 minutes prior to the start of class, so you have enough time to check in for class at the kiosk
  • There are a limited number of participants per class.  Most classes are limited to 9 participants, except the Octagon classes, which are limited to 8 participants.  Once the class reaches its maximum, members can no longer register for the class.
  • If you have registered for a class, you must be on time.  Failure to show up on time, disqualifies your registration and you have forfeited your spot in the class.
  • If you need to cancel your registration, you may cancel up to 1 hour prior to the start of class.
  • If you register for a class and do not show up at all, your account will be charged $5.00.
  • 5 minutes after class has begun, any empty, available spots can be given to members who are on a waiting list.
  • Per the governor’s orders, class participants must remain 10 feet apart.
  • Cleaning supplies will be provided, and we ask members to help us by disinfecting the equipment that they used during class.
  • Because there are a limited number of spots per class, members may not take multiple classes consecutively.  Thank you for being considerate of others and allowing them the opportunity to take a class.
  • These rules are subject to change and any modifications will be posted on the app and/or email.
  • Members may not harass or aggressively confront instructors, as the instructors attempt to enforce the new rules and maintain everyone’s safety.  EFC reserves the right to ask a member to leave the club if they are confrontational with instructors and/or don’t follow the rules outlined here.
  • Please be patient with us, as we are trying to launch a new group exercise program that is consistent with the governor’s orders and strive to keep our EFC family as healthy as possible.
  • Daycare: If you plan to attend a class, please arrive at the club with enough time to check your child(ren) into KidFit and still arrive to class on time.  We will email you in the near future about our new reservation system for KidFit.  This new reservation system will use the ClubLife app as well, and will ensure members that they have a place for their kids in our KidFit, as well as comply with the state’s new requirements for daycare centers in fitness facilities.
