BOOT CAMP

Evans Fitness Club is continuously innovating and providing its members with the best equipment and classes available. The EFC Bootcamp Fitness Class here in Augusta, GA is no exception to the EFC model of excellence. The Bootcamp Fitness Class can be accessed with membership to Evans Fitness Club, and workout times can be found on the schedule. The class is fun and will push your limits as your trainer leads the Bootcamp fitness class through sixty minutes of high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.

From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, exercise bands, or even the participant’s body weight, each Bootcamp fitness class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Attendees will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.

No two classes are the same! Students will work the quarter to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.

Boot camp encourages camaraderie and teamwork, specifically designed to get you to to push yourself further than you ever would on your own! Bootcamp provides the social support you need to get you through the often demoralizing act of exercising. If you have difficulty motivating yourself to stick to a routine of exercise, then this is the class for you.
